We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe accepts all major credit cards and wallets. In addition, you can choose to receive an invoice and make a bank transfer instead.

We are a Singapore registered Private Limited organization, currently exempted from GST or other Sales tax regulation. Our prices therefore by law are excluding VAT,GST and Sales Tax. You will not be charged for these additional taxes.

To complete your order, you will need to provide contact information of yourself and your team members, sign off on the terms and conditions and submit billing details. You can do this during the checkout process or choose to receive a follow up email for either of these steps, in the case you need to refer to a colleague to complete the step.

Each plan includes 4 team members. On our pricing page you will find for each plan the costs for an additional team member, if you have more than 4 team members. During the check out procedure you can indicate how many team members you have, and you will see the total fees for your team.

Yes we offer discount for larger volume orders. We also offer customized programs for organizations that want to sign up multiple teams who go through the Courageous Teams journey together. Contact us to learn more about these options.

We offer tailored programs for non-profits, small companies and startups at reduced fees. These programs are offered multiple times a year. They differ from the plans on our website in such a way that the workshops will be held jointly with multiple teams, rather than a private workshop with your own team.
