We ourselves are dreamers today, excited about what the future has on offer for us. We are not afraid of it, we long for the future. We see the potential and know how to balance the risks. We know how important it is to be courageous, especially now.

The Courageous Teams approach is created by our founder Anna J. Breimer Bharati. With a mixed background in strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, creativity and design, she embarked on a mission to create a new type of consulting firm and started The Breimer Group.

Starting from her decade-long experience working with senior leadership teams in leading organizations across the world, Anna set out to redefine what drives team excellence.

During the 2020 pandemic her team conducted deep research to understand what drives team performance, both through periods of opportunity as well as periods of adversity. The result of this research is the Courageous Teams approach.
